Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 50 states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GoldfishKicks is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages GoldfishKicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@goldfishkicks.com. We'll make it right.
